How much can I purchase per day?
- 28.35 grams (1 ounce) of dried flower, or;
- 4 grams of solid cannabis concentrates or resin, or the equivalent of 4 grams of concentrate in liquid form (solution in milliliters), or;
- 4 grams of vaporized formulations like what’s in vape carts, or;
- 1,000 mg of multiple ingestible cannabis-infused products (think edibles), or;
- The equivalent of 1 ounce in any combination of products.
What is ASAP Delivery?
ASAP delivery is the quickest way to get your weed. This option means your order will be on our next route to your area. We do our best to complete these deliveries in under two hours. However, sometimes orders may be toward the end of the day and delivery must be rescheduled for the next day. If that happens, we will let you know to schedule for the following day.
What is scheduled Delivery?
Hello High will deliver your order within the window selected. If we are delayed for any reason, we will do our best to contact you.
Our service area has windows available between 11AM and 8PM with a $50 minimum before fees and taxes!
What Payment Methods Do You Accept for Weed Delivery?
We accept cash, debit cards, or Dutchie Pay only. No credit cards, USAA cards, Chime, Venmo, or any other type of card may be used. If a customer chooses cash payment, they must have the full amount ready to cover the entire order at the time of delivery.
How far in advance can I place an order?
You can place an order up to 6 days ahead of time.
Is there a delivery fee?
At the moment, there is no delivery fee. There are delivery minimums of $50 before fees and taxes.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a notification when your order is on the road and you can track your driver’s ETA.
What Identification Is Needed for Weed Delivery?
The person who ordered must have a current, valid government ID that displays their name, photo, and date of birth. Customers must be at least 21 years of age, according to New Jersey State law.
Can I tip my Driver?
YES! Either with cash, or card at the time of delivery. With Dutchie Pay, you need to tip when you place your order.

What type of property can Hello High deliver to?
Permanent or temporary residences only so, YES, we can deliver to your RENTAL! We cannot deliver to hotels or businesses. If you are at a friends house, that is GREAT! It does not have to be your home but if you order, you have to be the person there to receive the delivery with proper ID.
What is ASAP pickup?
We will typically have your order ready within 30 minutes or less. We will notify you when it is ready.
What is scheduled pickup?
You pick a time that you want to pick up your order and we will have it ready for your window, probably sooner. We will notify you when it is ready for pick up.
Can I order ahead?
You can order for another day but you have to pick that date for your preorder at the time of checkout. If you do not select a future date, we will cancel the order at the end of the day that it was placed and you will get a notification.
What can I use for payment?
We accept Cash, Dutchie Pay, and most forms of Debit card. Some fees may apply. We do have Hello High gift cards available for purchase.
We do not accept Venmo, Chime, any kind of government affiliated card, or external gift cards.
Any card payment will round up to the nearest $5.00 and you will be given change from this round up. Each card payment has a $3.50 fee per transaction. This fee is nonrefundable.
Do you have an ATM
Yes. We have an ATM on site. There is a $3.50 fee for the ATM.
How does Dutchie Pay work?

When placing an order, select the Dutchie pay options. Login if needed. Choose whether you want to leave a tip. Then submit your order. The dispensary will take it from there.
How do I sign up for the Rewards Program?
You have to make a purchase for you to be eligible for rewards. Your budtender can sign you up initially. If you only order delivery, call the store.
Once you are enrolled, go to https://hellohigh.com/rewards/ and click on the login and sign up link. There you will be able to click “sign up now” and create a user name and password. The email address needs to match the one that you gave your budtender so that your profile links to your purchases.

We give you a punch on a card if you spend more than $100. Earn 15 punches and receive a selected item such as flower or a vape for $1. Check card for details.
How Does Weed Delivery Work?
Our weed delivery process is simple. It works like this:

Shop our website and select the items that you want to order, choosing from a wide product range. The minimum purchase amount is $50 before fees and taxes.
Step 2
Make sure the delivery option is selected at the time of checkout. You can either choose ASAP delivery or select a time frame that fits your schedule. ASAP delivery means your order will be placed on our next route to your area.
Step 3
Simply check out and finalize your order. Once your order leaves the store, you will receive a text message with an interactive link where you can track the status of your delivery driver. You will also receive updates as we get closer to your delivery point.
Please note: The person placing the order must be home at the time of delivery. We cannot leave orders unattended, and we cannot give an order to someone who did not order it. Deliveries are also restricted to either temporary or permanent residential addresses.
